Payment & Shipping Policies:
We accept payments through AlertPay, Google Checkout, Revolution Money Exchange, StrictPay, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal/Business Checks.
Google Checkout is disabled due to the type of items we sell, some are allowed but most are not.
We will send you a Purchase Notification with a link to pay via Google Checkout or AlertPay, depending on the type of item.
All payments are due within 10 days of purchase.
Set your email preferences to accept email from gmail.com after placing an order.
If you do not receive any email from us after the purchase,
your email program most likely has our address blocked.
We will try to answer emails within 48 hours.
TAX:
NC Residents Only must add 7% Sales Tax to item purchase price(Shipping costs excluded from tax).
RETURN POLICY:
RETURNS-LIQUIDATION ITEMS/PRODUCTS ONLY:
No Returns will be accepted or Refunds given on Liquidation Items.
All Liquidation Items are sold AS-IS.
RETURNS-NEW ITEMS/PRODUCTS ONLY:
On New Products all returns must be made & we must be notified within 7 business days
after receiving the item of any damages or if dissatisfied with the item.
There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for returns on New Products,
buyer responsible for return shipping costs, no C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
The re-stocking fee does not apply to defective products.
Defective products will be replaced or refunded at full price minus shipping costs.
Refunds will be payable to the buyer for the original item purchase price minus re-stocking fees & shipping costs.
No Refunds will be made for shipping costs.
Buyer must include RMA # on shipping label of returned item.
Contact us for an RMA #.
Buyer must return product in original packaging with
any original paperwork before a replacement or refund will be proccessed.
Items damaged by buyer do to misuse, abuse or incorrect assembly are not rufundable.
Videos: No Refunds, all sales are final, will replace defective only.
Tasers: No Refunds, all sales are final, warranty is through Taser.
Wireless Cams: No Refunds, all sales are final will repair/replace defective only.
SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship most items within 1-2 days of payment.
All shipping is through UPS Ground.
Shipping is to the Continental Lower 48 States, USA Only.
We do not accept pick up of items.
We do not Ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Peurto Rico, US Territorries or International.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
Liquidation Items can only be combined with other liquidation items.
New Products can only be combined with other New Products.
Combined discount: Highest shipping cost 100%, every additional item 50%,
unless otherwise stated.
Please Note: Our combined shipping policy is not set in stone.
We generally do not charge additional shipping on smaller items.
